The best time to plan is before a health crisis occurs. Because life is unpredictable, the time to start planning is now.

Our program is designed to help you understand which legal documents are valid in British Columbia, why you should consider having them in place, and how to go about it.

These documents include a Representation Agreement to address health and personal care, a Power of Attorney to address legal and financial matters, and a Will.

Eligibility: anyone who is 19 years of age or older

Location: Nelson and District Seniors Coordinating Society, 719 Vernon Street, Nelson (extreme right end of the old Civic Centre building and up the stairs)

Appointment can be arranged at other public locations within the region.

Our team can also provide education and outreach to your group.
