We believe all people deserve access to dental care, and We endeavor to make dental care more affordable.

The TEETH Clinic in Nelson is a not-for-profit clinic, which offers high quality dental care for West Kootenay Boundary low-income community members including children, their families and seniors.

All community members with a net family income of less than $42,000 and 3-months’ residency in the West Kootenay Boundary are eligible for dental services at the clinic.

TEETH Program 

As of Thursday, February 17, 2022 TEETH intake will resume taking applications for dental services. The hours of operation are 10-12 noon every Thursday.

You can come to the Seniors Coordinating Society during office hours to pick up an application and brochure, or visit Community First Health Co-op 

Our volunteers are here every Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon to assist with applications.

IMPORTANT Please bring proof of both income and 3-month residency.

 

In 2021 our volunteers held 104 clinics, with 2,596 patient appointments plus 61 denture clients. 105 clients registered through SenCoord. Approximate savings for clients at a 40% discount: $150,000.
